About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team at Gyala, a leading company in the computer security sector. As a DevOps System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and configuration of virtualized and cloud infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Support: Collaborate with our team to design, implement, and maintain virtualized and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
  • Automation and Orchestration: Automate software distribution, management, and monitoring processes using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • CI/CD Tools: Configure and manage continuous integration and deployment tools to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the production environment to ensure system availability and security.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Collaborate with other technical teams to identify and resolve operational problems and implement preventive solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system principles, familiarity with automation tools, and knowledge of orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Continuous Integration Tools: Experience using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Scripting Languages: Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
