Job Title: Striker - Downtrade Store Activator

Join Red Bull as a Striker - Downtrade Store Activator and become a key player in our sales team. As a Striker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with ethnic accounts in specific geographical areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
  • Management and development of designated area.
  • Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging.
  • Building quality relationships with foreign store stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Influencing decision makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
  • Stock management to ensure Red Bull range availability.
  • POS management to secure agreed in-store presence of Red Bull.
  • Administration and reporting of key in-store metrics.
Requirements:
  • Growth mindset and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • English language knowledge.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driving license.
