Category Manager
We are seeking a skilled Category Manager for our Sales & Marketing division within the Consumer Goods sector. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Customer Marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide insightful recommendations for product range reviews tailored to specific clients.
- Create strategic shelf layouts and planograms informed by data analytics and market insights.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to define effective customer strategies and offer guidance on category management.
- Develop promotional materials for new products and key initiatives, including brochures, displays, and in-store communications.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive Business Reviews and Action Plans to stakeholders across the organization.
- Generate and distribute monthly performance reports analyzing market trends, brand performance, and retailer metrics.
- Support the team throughout the Business Planning Cycle.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in a similar position within a complex FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in Nielsen tools, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data succinctly.
- Fluency in both English and Italian is necessary.
