About the Role

Hipoges Iberia is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team in Rome or Milan. As a key member of our Real Estate department, you will be responsible for managing and marketing various types of real estate assets, collaborating with internal areas to maximize asset value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the life cycle of assets in the Real Estate department, with the goal of maximizing asset value.
  • Manage relationships with clients/investors, providing regular updates on business plans and communicating relevant changes.
  • Coordinate client requests internally and act as a point of contact for any needs.
  • Work with the advisor area to explore new and existing market opportunities, supporting Real Estate Due Diligence.
  • Plan and operate real estate activities for assets under management.
  • Prepare assets for market entry, achieving business plan goals.
  • Ensure proper registration and valuation of assets in internal and external systems.
  • Perform internal and external asset reviews.
  • Select brokers, analyze their performance, and take action when necessary.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in Real Estate, from the perspective of developers, construction companies, servicers, or banking entities.
  • Degree in Management, Real Estate, or similar.
  • English language proficiency (C1 level).
  • High-level Office package skills, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage pressure and identify client needs.
  • Teamwork and organizational skills.
