About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Agent. As a key member of our Office Leasing Market team, you will be responsible for supporting our team members in managing commercial real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Preparing presentations and market reports to support our team's commercial analysis and pitch.
  2. Maintaining relationships with private and international landlords to ensure a strong network of contacts.
  3. Managing reporting and asset promotion activities to drive business growth.
  4. Providing support in all stages of negotiations with tenants to ensure successful lease agreements.
  5. Maintaining and implementing our relationship network with partners and competitors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in the agency field, with a focus on the real estate industry and office market.
  2. A degree in Economics or Engineering/Architecture, with a Master's in Real Estate being a plus.
  3. Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  5. Basic knowledge of financial analysis.
  6. Strong commercial attitude, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
