Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting colleagues in overseeing commercial real estate operations specifically for the Office Leasing sector;

Creating presentations including pitches, agency evaluations, and market analyses;

Maintaining relationships with both private and international property owners;

Overseeing reporting and asset marketing initiatives;

Offering assistance throughout all phases of negotiations with tenants;

Upholding and enhancing Colliers' network of relationships with partners and competitors.

Required Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

3 to 5 years of experience in the agency sector within the real estate field, particularly focused on the Office market;

A degree in Economics is preferred, with Engineering or Architecture also acceptable. A Master's in Real Estate is advantageous;

Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication;

Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

Basic understanding of financial analysis;

A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal abilities;

A strong commercial mindset;

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines;

Proactive in problem-solving and achieving objectives;
