Senior SW Verification Engineer for Web Application

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SW Verification Engineer for our Cardiopulmonary team based in Mirandola. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the verification and compliance of the Essenz Perfusion Monitor and Data Management applications.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze software requirements and specifications for testability and provide inputs to these streams
- Define test scenarios for each software requirement and functionality to be tested
- Maintain test records with test results
- Review and report anomalies
- Define the test environment, including browsers and network infrastructures
- Design test protocols and validation test procedures
- Define test strategies for complex functionality, including identification of the adequate test environment

Requirements:
- Master's degree in computer science, biomedical engineering, or software engineering
- Fluency in English is a must
- Consolidated experience (5+ years) in SW testing of web-based applications
- SW requirement engineering capabilities, including analyzing software requirements, understanding the context of specific requirements within the application, and confirming that requirements are suitable for testing
- Ability to write software requirements and define adequate test scenarios and test paths to achieve full coverage of tests for specific functionality, including non-regression analysis
- Capability to report test activities in Azure DevOps environment using related work items
- Ability to report anomalies, interacting with developers to provide analysis of log files
- Capabilities to design test procedures to verify software requirements
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of SQL server database and fundamentals of web-based application architecture
- Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure and security best practices (firewalls, proxy, user access management, antivirus, etc.)
