We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to join our team at the Bolton Group in Milan, Italy.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will collaborate with and support our senior legal team members, focusing on:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Agreements: Developing and reviewing complex agreements, including supply, distribution, services, licenses, consulting, and other contracts at both national and international levels.
  • Marketing Materials Review: Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of marketing materials, including claims and campaigns, to protect the company's interests.
  • Intellectual Property Management: Managing IP matters, including trademark searches, enforcement activities, patent-related activities, and reviewing relevant agreements to safeguard the company's intellectual property.
  • Pre-Litigation and Litigation Support: Managing pre-litigation activities and litigations before relevant authorities, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • Legal Environment Updates: Keeping the legal team and business stakeholders informed about updates in the legal environment where the Bolton Group operates.
  • Training and Research: Delivering training sessions and conducting legal research to assess specific business requests and implement legal operations activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation in law.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience as in-house counsel, preferably in international FMCG environments.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-oriented, able to work with tight deadlines, flexible, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams managing multiple priorities.
  • Language Proficiency: Perfectly fluent in Italian and English, with French considered a plus.
