- Leading the Perfect Global Launch: Identify essential support elements for successful product launches in collaboration with communication, merchandising, and trade marketing teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Develop comprehensive launch plans, including marketing strategies, promotional activities, and sales training materials.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track product performance metrics, including sales, market share, and consumer feedback. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, recommending improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the luxury beauty or skincare industry.
