About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a first-class service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as required.
  • Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders.
  • Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers.
  • Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting and managing dispute resolution.
  • Maintain the master data of our customers, communicating proactively with clients.
  • Run calculations for customer offers, utilizing your analytical skills to provide accurate results.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, utilizing your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective time management, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • A positive attitude and ability to provide an excellent customer service experience.
  • Ability to work independently, carrying out assignments to completion and seeking guidance when needed.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within finance or legal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
