International Finance Graduate with French Language Skills

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to pursue a career in finance with a large multinational company. You will gain unique insight into how our business works and will work closely with other departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process orders
  • Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system and monitor compliance with company policies
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications
  • Create billing invoices and credit notes
  • Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
  • Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English
  • Be the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers
  • Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool
  • Support and manage dispute resolution
  • Maintain the master data of our customers
  • Communicate proactively with clients

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related subject
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Effective time management, in order to meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and ability to provide an excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion
  • A team player who enjoys working in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • High proficiency with MS Excel
  • Previous work experience or internship experience working in finance, administration, order to cash, quote to cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billings, disputes, collections, or working with customer contracts

Relocating to Bratislava
