About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Sales Manager to lead our team of security sellers in the Enterprise tier. As a proven sales leader, you will support your team in achieving and exceeding targets by delivering end-to-end security thought leadership, strategies, and transformational customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customers' industries and business priorities, discussing customer needs and solutions based on customer insights.
  • Lead the team to develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders to grow Microsoft Security share of wallet.
  • Sales Execution: Act as a thought leader in digital transformation and lead team to develop strategies that help understand customer business needs and accelerate revenue and growth for security business.
  • Provide consistent coaching rhythm leveraging coaching framework Model | Coach | Care.
  • Lead the team to increase customer relevance by driving adoption of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM).
  • Enhance technical & sales capabilities across the organization to achieve technical excellence in customer interactions.
  • Attract, develop and retain talent and deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
  • Deliver results through teamwork and drive execution of projects; drive a growth mindset and learning-focused culture by empowering team to focus on learning; partner and collaborate with other teams.
Requirements
  • Proven history of leading security sales teams and driving business growth.
  • Sales leadership skills to inspire and motivate team with an ability to set clear goals, provide guidance and lead by example.
  • Leverage your communication skills to clearly articulate sales objectives, provide feedback and communicate with C-level stakeholders.
  • Identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Technical passion with a good understanding of cloud security technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges, overcome objections and find solutions to meet sales targets.
  • Effective time management skills to help prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently ensuring sales goals are met.
  • Solid understanding of the security industry and market trends.
