Cybersecurity Product Manager

Job Description

Experis, a leading provider of IT and technology services, is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Product Manager to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of our cybersecurity portfolio, with a focus on networking, 5G, IT/OT, cloud, and end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct economic, commercial, and technical impact assessments of new products and services on various markets.
  • Develop marketing plans, including implementation and monitoring of actions.
  • Support the definition of functional requirements and pricing for individual products and services.
  • Organize, evaluate, and prioritize market-driven needs to define use cases, product roadmaps, objectives, and MVPs for new products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure the integration and effectiveness of cybersecurity solutions with other ICT solutions.
  • Support sales teams by providing constant information on market trends for clusters and territories.
  • Manage evolutionary aspects in terms of regulations, standards, and funding opportunities for research and development projects, managing relationships with policymakers.
  • Develop ad-hoc initiatives, leveraging partnerships with brand leaders and authoritative entities in relevant segments.
  • Define product development roadmaps, interacting with Cloud Engineers, Sales, and Customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or specialist degree (also in progress) in technical or economic fields: Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Management), Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and Physics.
  • Knowledge of Agile processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business models related to system integrators active in the cybersecurity world.
  • Basic knowledge of the main vendors' offers, both commercially and technically, in terms of:
    • Enterprise Risk Management and Cyber Risk Management
    • Information & Cyber Security
    • ICS Security and Emerging Technologies
    • Fraud Management
    • Corporate Security Management
    • Business Continuity and Crisis Management
  • Knowledge of the main standards and methodologies for at least two industries: Finance & Insurance, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Transportation, Public Administration & Health, Retail.
  • Basic knowledge of computer law.
  • Service engineering and delivery techniques.
  • Project and bid management techniques.
  • Go-to-market techniques.
  • Pricing and marketing methodologies.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong English language skills (B2).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in software programming and product architecture definition.
  • Experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional teams and in medium-to-large-sized companies.
  • Experience in analyzing and designing complex systems and/or products.
