RINA is seeking a highly skilled OT Cybersecurity Specialist to join its Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division. As an OT Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our industrial control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level OT security services, including risk assessments, gap analyses, and implementation of monitoring and protection measures.
- Conduct thorough cybersecurity reviews and assessments of our industrial control systems, identifying potential security risks and recommending improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies, roadmaps, and new operating models to enhance OT security.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide OT cybersecurity services, adhering to industry standards such as IEC 62443.
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in OT systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in OT security, with knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, such as IEC 62443.
- Knowledge of OT security architectures, PLC, and SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including VLAN, routing, and mirror port.
- Experience with passive analysis of protocols and penetration testing tools.
- Ability to perform risk assessments, gap analyses, and implement protection and monitoring measures.
- Experience in modeling, simulation, and control of automation systems.
- Skills in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills, with the ability to work at various organizational levels.
- Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with internal teams and customers.
