Job Title: Accountant Specialist

Bulgari Distribuzione Srl., within its Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit based in Florence, is seeking a skilled Accountant Specialist for a maternity replacement role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage book-keeping operations according to Corporate Accounting Principles and local legal and fiscal requirements.
  • Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment posting.
  • Monitor key controls to ensure proper accounting management and compliance with local laws and Group accounting principles.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fiscal activities, including VAT, withholding tax, and Intrastat.
  • Prepare and book treasury transactions, including receipts, payments, investments, and borrowing.
  • Assist in research and resolution of accounting issues and document processes for sales and general administration.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP.
  • Fluent English language skills.
