Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EMC concepts for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify EMC concept implementation and design reviews.
  • Analyze EMC standards to define project-level EMC requirements.
  • Perform preliminary EMC calculations using Ansys Circuit Designer.
  • Design EMI filters, including component selection and schematic development.
  • Coordinate debug phase activities and verify EMC validation setup and results.
  • Prepare EMC-related project documentation, including debug test reports and compliance matrices.
  • Improve design based on requirements and costs, and support change request processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
  • Ability to read and understand electronic circuit diagrams and layouts.
  • Knowledge of EMC standards and experience in EMC filter design for power electronics applications.
  • Strong experience in EMC debug test methodologies and workflow.
  • Good skills in handling EMC measurement equipment.
  • Experience with circuital EMC simulations and basic experience with EMC simulation methodology and tools.
  • Ability to think at a system level and understand links between EMC results, product design, and setup.
  • Fluent English, Italian, and/or German knowledge is an advantage.
