Job Description:

MainStreaming is in a scaling phase, and its team is expanding internationally. The company is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead its software development projects and improve its platform every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, plan, and control project development in terms of feasibility analysis.
  • Meet business requirements on schedule and expectations of both internal and external customers.
  • Understand the company's goals and set project milestones.
  • Manage technical/functional analysis and software development.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of the code.
  • Plan software testing and risk management activities to identify risks, propose solutions, and coordinate actions to reduce them.
  • Manage the workload within the team.
  • Organize regular meetings with all stakeholders involved in the project for progress updates.
  • Verify the achieved goals.
  • Ensure good communication and manage conflicts within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proactivity: Confident enough to self-start projects and set priorities in autonomy while working with a team of international peers.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in software development.
  • 3+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivered projects for a wide range of customers; experience managing and working on enterprise-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in one or more web development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures:.NET, C#, J2EE.
  • Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies and considered a subject matter expert in relevant internet topics.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Strong skills in Software Quality Assurance, test automation tools, and CONTINUOUS DELIVERY.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.

Nice to Have:

  • PMI certification.
  • Knowledge of CDN (Content Delivery Network) technologies and infrastructures.
  • Knowledge of Streaming & Broadcasting Technologies.
  • Previous experience in ISP/Telco environment.
