We are seeking a Graduate Quality Engineer to join our quality team at the Altopascio plant. The successful candidate will support quality monitoring, maintain and improve production processes, and ensure that all products meet or exceed established quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Analyze product and process non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, safety, and quality performance.
  • Oversee quality control procedures for finished products and incoming raw materials, ensuring that they meet required specifications.
  • Prepare and manage quality reports and technical documentation, providing clear and accurate records of quality performance.
  • Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Management, or Chemical Engineering).
  • Strong interest in quality management and knowledge of key industry standards (ISO 9001).
  • Good proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in quality or production environments is preferred (including internships or co-op experiences).
