Job Description

LHH is seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist - Spare Parts to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Interfacing with international clients, analyzing their needs, and creating high-level standardized offers
  • Determining a high number of offers (up to 200 per year) through the management of complex and heterogeneous historical sources (digital and paper archives)
  • Understanding and maintaining different levels of offers relative to client type (trader/primary client/end user), history, and opportunities
  • Managing multiple negotiations, with scotistic and contractualistic of different nature
  • Determining product prices to maintain profitability
  • Collaborating closely with the Technical Office and Production to ensure product conformity and timely delivery to clients
  • Managing the digital archive and inserting new offers and spare parts/contributions, and subsequently conducting the digitalization process
  • Interfacing with the Committment Management referent
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Technical-Commercial roles, such as Inside Sales, Proposal Manager, Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support, Application Engineer, or similar
  • Experience in managing contractualistic aspects (letters of credit and other international payment methods)
  • Understanding of technical design
  • Proficiency in English at B2 or higher level to understand client specifications
  • Availability to learn, patience, methodical approach, ability to work towards objectives, and perseverance
  • Nice to have: provenance from the precision mechanics sector
  • Nice to have: familiarity with the Oil&Gas sector and specifically with pumps, turbines, compressors, and similar products
  • Nice to have: experience in sales on a committment basis
