About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Safety and Health Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees and contractors in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement safety and health policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with the HSE Operational Head to develop and implement emergency response plans.
  4. Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on safety and health procedures.
  5. Monitor and report on safety and health performance metrics.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
  1. Degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in a safety and health role.
  3. Knowledge of safety and health regulations and industry best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
