We are seeking an inquisitive and analytical individual who is proactive and results-driven, ready to thrive in a dynamic and international setting within our Group Procurement division.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Formulating and presenting the purchasing strategy for designated categories to the Head of Group Procurement.
  • Actively participating in achieving the performance KPIs established by the Head of Group Procurement.
  • Organizing the supplier base and managing relationships according to the strategic importance of each supplier to the organization.
  • Establishing development objectives for key suppliers and monitoring their progress in terms of delivery punctuality, quality, service, sustainability, innovation, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Overseeing the RFI/RFQ process, selecting suppliers, and negotiating pricing and costs for new initiatives.
  • Identifying potential new suppliers as needed.
  • Preparing the Negotiation Strategy and executing the Negotiation Process with the involvement of relevant stakeholders.
  • Concluding contractual negotiations with suppliers for applicable Framework Agreements.
  • Communicating performance objectives for suppliers to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with other operational functions (Quality and Supply & Planning) during critical supply challenges.
  • Managing the Group Budget for assigned purchasing categories.

When applicable, the individual will also assist in preparing the annual investment budget (Capex) for relevant categories in conjunction with the Head of Group Procurement and Head of Process Engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Management Engineering;
  • Proficiency in English;
