We are looking for a Supply Chain Management - SCM Customer Experience Agent that will join us in an exciting role, part of a dynamic and international organization with the possibility to continuously apply and develop competencies.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute and develop the Standard Operating Procedures for each client and constantly review for potential improvement for our SCM customers.
  • To ensure that all sales invoices are raised in an accurate and timely fashion in line with the company policy and client requirements.
  • Ensure all supplier purchase invoices received are processed within the guidelines stated in the quality procedures.
  • To ensure each shipment generates the maximum contribution by keeping a constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost.
  • To constantly review working processes with the aim of making improvements and ensure all key work processes are documented correctly in the intranet.
  • To produce internal and external reports and statistics as required including client KPI reporting.
  • Support the client in problem solving by building an in depth understanding of their business and the problems that impact on it, reacting in a manner which improves the outcome from the client ́s perspective.
  • Proactively identify challenges within the clients process which we manage and suggest possible solution to optimize the process.
  • Represent to the client an a positive "can do" manner. If specific requests cannot be accommodated identify alternative solutions providing a similar result and present these to the client as a possible solution.
  • Ensuring compliance with processes and operational procedures, compliance with relevant regulations (safety at work, working hours, regulations, etc.)
  • Work properly, conscientiously and perform tasks instructed by your supervisor.
  • Compliance with corporate values

We are looking for

  • Enrollment in the Italian "Collocamento mirato" register, ex L.68/99 art. 18
  • Fluency in English and Italian is a must.
  • Experience in a customer facing role, ideally within the logistics industry.
  • Developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Has strong needs evolution and questioning skills
  • Demonstrable ability to handle most common customer objection
