Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, testable, and efficient code utilizing best software development methodologies.
  • Design website layouts and user interfaces following standard HTML/CSS conventions.
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
  • Collaborate with web designers to ensure alignment with visual design objectives.
  • Gather and address both technical and design specifications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and maintain industry knowledge.
  • Evaluate project briefs to ascertain technical parameters, specifications, and necessary resources.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Delegate daily and weekly tasks to technical team members.
  • Mentor and inspire team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front-end Developer (5+ years).
  • Strong proficiency in CSS and HTML, including layouts and cross-browser compatibility, CSS preprocessors, and frameworks.
  • Solid experience in JavaScript programming (React), including concepts such as asynchronous programming, ES6, and closures.
  • Familiarity with Angular is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of additional technologies.
  • Experience with build tools (Gulp / Webpack / others).
  • Experience with WordPress is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Docker is valued.
  • Experience with serverless architectures is appreciated.
  • Experience with PHP Frameworks (Laravel) is beneficial.
  • Understanding of web application functionalities, including security, session management, and best development practices.
  • Knowledge of relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and web application development is valued.
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and time management abilities.
  • Strong teamwork skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required; German is a plus.
