**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader to join our team as a Store Manager at Mac Cosmetics in Bolzano. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Collaborate with field executives and senior managers to drive business growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer insights to inform business decisions

**Requirements**

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Experience with retail operations, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
