Organizational Change Management Role

The Organizational Change Management Analyst at Arthrex GmbH will be responsible for supporting organizational change management activities within all Arthrex sites in support of global programs/projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive all aspects of the implementation of a change management plan that is leveraged for key regional and global initiatives.
  2. Work under the direction of a Change Manager, and within an overall Change Management Office governance structure.
  3. Support the operation of Organizational Change Management team with regional and/or global projects.
  4. Assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  5. Responsible for drafting and executing OCM and communications plan.
  6. Conduct impact analysis.

Requirements:

  1. 2 years professional work experience in related field required.
  2. 1 year professional experience in change management, training and/or communications required.
  3. Certified Prosci Change Management Methodology or similar certification preferred.
