**Job Title:** Cortona Student Services and Facilities Program Coordinator

**Job Description:**

The University of Georgia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Cortona Student Services and Facilities Program Coordinator. This role will provide administrative oversight and general support to the permanent staff, in program planning and implementation, and the maintenance of facilities and studios, while concurrently administering student housing, dining, and support services.

**Responsibilities:

  • Monitor first aid stations and assist students with medical issues, accompanied by students to appointments, and provide on-call services for student emergencies;
  • Assist students' payment of medical bills and file health insurance claims, facilitate student engagement by providing cultural support, and center management;
  • Schedule programming and maintain program schedules, support programming during crises or emergencies while maintaining confidentiality, manage event documentation, and manage social media presence;
  • Train and supervise Center Assistants, maintain and communicate dietary restrictions to food service providers, oversee studio and classroom needs, report studio issues to the Associate Director, perform basic repairs and machine maintenance in studios, and facilities maintenance;

**Requirements:*

  • Baccalaureate degree in the field, preference given to candidates demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills in both Italian and English, and a minimum of two (2) years experience in Student Service and Facilities management;
  • Able to lift 60 pounds, walk unlevel terrain in Cortona, Italy, sit or stand for long periods of time at a computer, and hold driving credentials in Italy;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Italian and English, familiar with both Italian and American contexts and cultures, highly organized with strong attention to detail and record-keeping, self-starter who can manage projects independently, capable of handling multiple tasks under stress, calm and rational in critical situations, skilled with Apple computers, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
