Job Summary:

  • Lead a team of staff to ensure seamless service delivery during shifts
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of staff during shifts to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
