Our company, a leading international player in the field of innovative real-time networks for video, audio, and communications, is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled System Consultant to join our team in Italy.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and ambitious System Consultant who will be responsible for designing systems or assisting customers, system integrators, and sales staff with system designs. This involves selecting appropriate devices from our portfolio, recognizing non-standard applications, and finding alternatives while combining technical and commercial aspects.
The successful candidate will also manage customer projects for sales and rental, configure systems and demo equipment, including commissioning, programming, updates of software and firmware, and managing demo stock. Additionally, they will coordinate and perform on-site service, demos, and training in the region, respond to technical requests, and represent the company at international trade fairs and events.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have successfully completed university studies or occupational training in electrical engineering, communications/audio-engineering, or IT. A minimum of five years of proven service/support experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the broadcast and entertainment market, is required. You should also have knowledge of communication, audio, and IT-based systems, as well as experience with video and IP technology.
A team player with excellent cross-domain thinking skills and a willingness to collaborate closely with other company functions is essential. Fluency in English (reading and writing) is a must, and any additional language skills are a plus.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position starts from €50,000 per year, with additional benefits such as an MBO (Mobility Bonus) and a company card.
