Join Our Team as a Full Stack Software Developer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Developer to join our Smart Infrastructure Division in Milano, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating software solutions for our Building Management System (BMS) on AWS cloud environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality applications for On-premises and cloud environments to support business needs
  • Analyze requirements and develop software solutions according to project specifications
  • Participate in planning meetings to set implementation scope and objectives
  • Resolve issues during testing and preparation phases
  • Suggest possible solutions for given requirements
  • Learn new technologies and thrive in an agile environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with real-world programming experience
  • Excellent programming ability and knowledge of C# (backend) and WPF (frontend)
  • Proven knowledge of WinCC OA APIs
  • Experience with BMS applications, including system alarms handling and workflows
  • Good knowledge of HTML, Angular (frontend)
  • Good knowledge of Microservices and AWS products
  • Good knowledge of Jazz SCM
  • Familiarity with GitLab DevOps platform
  • Solid understanding of business process analysis, design, and optimization
  • Keen in learning new technologies and have a result-driven and problem-solving attitude
  • Experience of working in an agile team and excellent communication skills
  • Able to organize and prioritize work to meet project requirements
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
