IT Operations Specialist for In Vitro Point of Care

At Siemens Healthcare S.r.l., we are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for performing IT activities for the entire POC portfolio, achieving targets in agreement with the organization and in compliance with company strategies, reporting to the Country CS POC Manager.

Your role:

  • Support the entire POC service portfolio performing IT installation, configuration, maintenance, and support on assigned hardware and software products.
  • Support the Country CS organizations in ensuring a smooth & successful implementation of all major POC projects and new product launches.
  • Conduct Technical workshops for CS colleagues to share knowledge and increase the organization efficiency.
  • Assure the operational performance through the respective CS Processes, incl. adherence of processes to standards and Service Quality System.
  • Strong collaboration and partnership with Sales in the pre-Sales phase to develop best in class solutions and ensure their ease of implementation.
  • Manage the relationship with Customer departments and 3rd Party providers to optimize the solution to offer and the implementation phase.
  • Reinforce the professional project management approach in large projects.
  • Report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes.
  • Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues.

Your expertise:

  • Degree in Informatic Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering or equivalent working experience in Medical IT Company.
  • Good knowledge of Laboratories Informatic Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Network System Design, IT Hardware, VPN software, Virtual Machine, Data Backup and Recovery, Software Diagnosis.
  • Preferred experience in Medical IT activities (1-3 years).
  • Car License.
  • Resident in Milano Area.
