As a Risk Management Professional at Jacobs, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients. With 5-8 years of experience in HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), you will have a deep understanding of main HSE regulations and sustainability principles.

The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of risks related to environmental remediation and construction activities in contaminated sites, including chemical risk, excavation, lifting, and others. They will also be proficient in ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, and 45001.

You will work collaboratively with project managers and teams to develop, implement, and administer safety, health, environmental protection, and quality programs. This includes reporting to the Operations Lead, actively supporting a positive safety culture, and contributing to the development of health and safety programs.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the management and auditing of various health and safety programs, participating in incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. You will also provide training and guidance to employees, contractors, and sub-contractors as needed.

Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and review of H&S documentation, project execution plans, environmental plans, and quality manuals and procedures. You will also lead ISO 9001 and 14001 Management Systems, supporting periodic updates, reviews, and external certification and maintenance audits.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and exciting projects for diverse client sectors, including industrial, real estate, infrastructure, energy, and more. You will be based in the Milan Office and will have the opportunity to travel as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive compensation package.
