We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our Sourcing Department in Montecchio Maggiore, Italy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Supply Quality Strategy for several Commodities.
In this role, you will oversee the operations of the SQA team, ensuring efficient processes and achieving further efficiency. You will also safeguard results, timing, and resources for ongoing and future product development and sourcing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement Supply Quality strategies for multiple Commodities
- Lead the SQA team to operate efficiently
- Implement improvement programs at Suppliers' premises and monitor their development
- Schedule new Suppliers' approval audits and qualification update audits with existing Suppliers
- Perform process audits during development projects or resourcing
- Control incoming material and report non-conformities to Suppliers
- Quality background with years of experience as a project leader or technical department leader
- Knowledge of qualitative procedures and tools (Managing Systems, ISO , ISO/TS , Auditing, etc.)
- Reading and understanding technical documentation
- Project Management knowledge
- Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
