Digital Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Consultant to join our team in Milan. As a Digital Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting clients achieve their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns, including brief understanding, strategy definition, budget split on media vendors, payout negotiation, media plan creation, booking, ad creative delivery to media vendors, search and social account set up, keyword list, copy creation, daily optimisations, and reporting.
  • Assist with client interactions, including reporting, meetings, and QBRs as needed, while maintaining a strong focus on clients' KPIs and finding ways to meet targets.
  • Liaise with clients on all digital activities and trends, ensuring best practice and innovation in all activities.
  • Support the digital leader/partner in managing and coordinating the team, building strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital campaigns management.
  • Excellent knowledge of DSPs (DV360, Adform), search and social ad platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter), and display performance media vendors and technologies.
  • Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook), knowledge of conversion optimization practices, familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics technologies, analytical mindset, and financial acumen.
  • Good level of English language, both written and oral, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing exemplary customer service.
