Currently, we are on the lookout for a Digital Project Coordinator and Scrum Master to spearhead our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of various stages in the product development lifecycle:

  • User Experience Research & Design
  • Software Development (CMS or custom solutions)
  • Web Analytics
  • Conversion Rate Optimization

While in-depth expertise in any single area is not required (as we have specialists for each domain), a broad understanding is essential to guide team members effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decisions.

As a Project Coordinator at Rocket Digital, your contributions will include:

  • Assessing client requirements and drafting project scopes.
  • Identifying opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Evaluating how products meet market demands and consumer preferences.
  • Staying informed about current industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Leading teams to develop new products.
  • Keeping clients updated on product development progress.
  • Adapting and refining existing designs to align with evolving customer preferences.
  • Collaborating closely with product engineers to propose improvements for products and processes.
  • Conducting tests on new products.


Requirements:

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess:

  • Fluency in Italian.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in e-commerce web development projects.
  • An intuitive understanding of customer needs beyond the surface.
  • Some familiarity with UX, software development, and digital analytics.
  • The ability to lead projects with cross-functional team members.
  • The capacity to gather and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • The ability to assist product engineers as needed.
  • A proactive approach to recommending new tools and technologies by keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopify.
  • A degree or Master's related to Product/Project Management.
  • Strong proficiency in wireframing tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, etc.
