As part of HBK's Virtual Test Division, we offer cutting-edge software, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop solutions that enable virtual testing of products throughout their development stages. Our mission is to assist companies in accelerating innovation, minimizing the need for physical prototypes, and enhancing their market readiness.

Our offerings in real-time simulation and professional driving simulators range from basic desktop solutions to comprehensive driver-in-the-loop dynamic systems. We provide complete solutions designed to help OEMs in the transportation sector, suppliers, research institutions, motorsport teams, and academic entities expedite their product development processes. This includes delivering proprietary software, hardware, services, and a customizable open framework.

With a global workforce of 250 skilled professionals, we have established offices in several countries and maintain a vast network of international channel partners.

We are seeking a proficient individual to focus on developing automotive applications tailored for assisted and autonomous driving, utilizing Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to analyze and enhance project specifications
  • Take ownership of implementing new features and maintaining existing functionalities
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges reported by the driving simulator team

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages
  • Familiarity with game development technologies, particularly Unreal Engine
  • Understanding of real-time rendering technologies
  • Experience with common development tools (git, DevOps, Visual Studio)
  • A strong interest in keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with interactive and real-time 3D projects
  • Knowledge of code optimization techniques and tools
  • Experience in UI development within Unreal Engine
  • Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) development
