About the Role:
The Maintenance Manager will oversee overall facility maintenance, services, and investments at our 53,000 square meter production plant in Italy, reporting to the Hco Industrial Manager.
Maintaining the value of industrial assets, ensuring production output availability and reliability, servicing the plant while respecting costs and service levels are key responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform periodical analysis on CAPEX Opex budgets and expenditure revisions
Manage all site utilities and facilities
Supervise the execution of interventions in accordance with maintenance standards and implementation of preventive predictive maintenance, guaranteeing Safety quality regulations
Oversee the breakdown root cause analysis to detect and implement improvement interventions based on technical KPI
Manage industrial sustainability and environmental initiatives in line with centrally-defined strategies and policies
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Management experience in maintenance department
Experience in personnel management
Proven track record of delivering improved equipment / department performance
Fluent in English (any other European language is a plus)
