Your Role

As a Test Laboratory Engineer, you will oversee every aspect of testing procedures: from gathering requests and providing quotations to setting up and conducting tests, managing issues, and compiling and dispatching results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage laboratory tests related to the development of new products.
  • Perform laboratory tests for external clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments involved in new product development.
  • Engage with clients to provide operational support during in-house testing phases.
  • Ensure proper handling of materials designated for testing.
  • Document test results and prepare and archive corresponding reports.
  • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of testing machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain quality documentation records.
  • Adhere to workplace safety regulations, environmental policies, and privacy laws.
  • Implement company procedures relevant to the laboratory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of specific experience in a mechanical context within a structured environment.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
