Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage different PPC budgets, maximizing return on investment while ensuring spend goes towards our most profitable prospects.
  2. Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize SEA campaigns in Google Ads, as well as Paid Social campaigns.
  3. Conduct recurring weekly and monthly SEA and paid social optimization tasks, including keyword expansion, ad testing, audience approach, creativity management, etc.
  4. Contribute to, provide, and drive optimization at a granular level, including bidding, audience, creative, ad copy, landing page, and analytics.
  5. Support in marketing reporting and analysis, identifying areas of growth opportunity.
  6. Focus on automation and optimization of all biddable-related tasks, working hand in hand with the team on building the 'future of PPC' (automation, reporting, campaign structure, etc).
  7. Collaborate in developing and driving learning agendas, split tests, new platform capabilities, new industry trends, creating synergy with SEO efforts.
", "WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR": "Requirements:
  1. 3 or more years of experience in managing complex SEA campaigns with sizable budgets.
  2. Experience at a technology, digital marketplace, or travel company is a plus.
  3. Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, with emphasis on DD/U shape attribution.
  4. Familiarity with ad rules, scripts, and bidding tools.
  5. Previous work running advertising effectiveness experiments, including A/B, audiences, geographic, and bidding experimentation.
  6. Confident with media and business KPIs (CPC, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, etc).
  7. Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and other comparable platforms; working knowledge of Excel.
  8. Collaborate closely with SEO efforts to create synergy between paid and organic strategies.
  9. Monitor SEO performance and apply SEO learnings to paid campaigns for improved efficiency.
  10. Stay ahead of new platform capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in both PPC and SEO channels.
