We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Visual Merchandising and Store Design Team as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring perfect execution of Visual Merchandising by applying Brand guidelines to all permanent fixtures, own stores, counters, and makeup gondolas.

About the Role

The Visual Merchandising and Store Design Intern will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager to map competitors across three different channels: national chains, traditional chains, and ultra-prestige.
  • Continuously monitoring and identifying best practices for scaling, maintaining curiosity, and staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Briefing and monitoring the implementation of visibility activities and projects by effectively collaborating with internal (brands, sales) and external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers) to guarantee excellence in in-store execution.
  • Adapting VM assets accordingly to global Brands strategy, safeguarding Brand equity while enhancing local relevance.
  • Developing a deep understanding of Brands DNA and introducing new visual merchandising material concepts.
  • Collaborating with the Team to contribute to the development of local trade materials.
  • Analyzing VM surveys through the internal platform on a quarterly basis, reporting results and feedback to inspire actionable improvements.
  • Creating Corporate canvas presentations.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: Degree in Marketing Management, Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, or Retail Marketing.
  • English language proficiency: mandatory.
  • Keen sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Curious, open-minded, and with a smart attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and meticulous.
