**Requirements:**

* Strong financial modeling experience

* Ability to communicate well with diverse clients
* Proactive approach to process improvement
* At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution or as a freelance consultant
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
* Automation skills (bonus)

**What We're Looking For:**

We're seeking a skilled Financial Director who is likely around 30-35 years old and has experience as a finance director or senior analyst in an accounting firm or financial role. The two most important qualities we're looking for are problem-solving skills and strong communication. This role will have its own clients with whom they will communicate. A good test is if you (as an agency owner) trust the person and feel comfortable discussing the financials with them.

**Compensation:**

Compensation is somewhat open. My goal is to get all CFOs to the $7K - $10K range, where, for example, we can start with a minimum of $3K and then they receive a percentage of the clients they work on.", "lang_code": "en-US"}
