We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) team, you will be responsible for leading the development of technical solutions and supporting the Commercial Organization in creating strategic value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical interactions with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and coordinate engineering departments, business units, and affiliates to prepare and deliver technical packages.
- Assess projects and tenders to identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage IMR sales and technical concepts, and track market and competitor activities.
- Visit customers to understand their challenges and needs, and develop databases and procedures to support business growth.
- Act as Project Manager for short-term activities, and manage the handover to execution teams.
- Define and implement improvement actions based on lessons learned.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in managing complex projects and leading engineering and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly connect and analyze data.
- Effective time management and technical skills, with an innate ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
- A quick learning ability and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
