Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This includes attending to their needs in a timely and helpful manner, from the moment they enter the door to the point they leave.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Upholding standards of behavior as defined by our Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines
• Maintaining a cheerful, courteous disposition with neat, clean, and professional attire
• Greeting guests upon entering and departing the venue
• Answering phone and responding to questions and/or directing calls to the appropriate place

You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk, keeping up-to-speed on current and upcoming movies and all special events at the venue, and processing admission tickets to guests. Additionally, you will provide assistance to guests' special needs, such as helping those with disabilities, and direct guest traffic within the venue.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A passion for the cinematic experience
• Ability to operate POS systems
• Ability to stand/walk at least 8-10 hours at a time
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to guests

You must also be able to execute light lifting and transport items medium distances, up to 50 lbs, and stand in one place for extended periods. You will be operating POS entry using touchscreen devices and moving with caution in a busy/sometimes loud environment.
