About the Job

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Service High Voltage Business Development Manager. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expand our market share in Europe.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Collaborating with local Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  3. Driving the sales team strategy and developing key customer relationships for new and existing business growth.
  4. Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and promote customer understanding of product offerings.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. 7+ years' experience in marketing and sales or business development roles.
  2. Extensive experience in after-sales service and high-voltage segment.
  3. A proven sales and customer relationship management track record.
  4. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative personality.
  5. Business fluency in English, with additional language skills an asset.
