About the Role

We are seeking a Service Sales Specialist to join our High Voltage team in Lodi. In this role, you will focus on generating sales opportunities within designated areas, with a primary emphasis on installed base penetration (IB).

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the service sales strategy in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager.
  • Promote various upgrade, retrofit, and value-added solutions to benefit customers.
  • Develop and manage sales plans, understanding the channel strategy and establishing related prices.
  • Drive and implement the service sales strategy, reporting and monitoring its progress.
  • Negotiate contract baselines and other documents to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering or similar field. A technical background is required.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the industrial sector.
Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English (B2/C1 level).
Personal Qualities: Proactivity, resilience, customer-oriented mindset, and outstanding communication skills are essential.
