Job Title: Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup, a leading multinational company in the manufacturing industry. As a Tax Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing tax advice and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax guidance to various organizational units on direct and indirect taxes;
  • Support the preparation of tax declarations and manage tax reporting requirements;
  • Implement transfer pricing policies and conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws;
  • Develop tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and legal departments, to address tax-related issues and implement effective solutions;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations to advise management and train internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Economics or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tax Specialist or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations;
  • Excellent MS Office skills;
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (at least CEFR B2).
