We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at IBIS. As the first point of contact for our guests, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience for our visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Check in and check out guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate room allocations with the housekeeping department to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, including room types, amenities, and services, to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
  • During night shifts, be responsible for hotel closing procedures, cash collection, and preparing for the next day's operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
