About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive revenue growth and market share across the region, working closely with our internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive Enphase's revenue and market share in partner accounts.
  • Identify, recruit, and enable new partners, educating them on Enphase's technology and business benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, providing product training, supporting co-marketing efforts, and assisting with demand generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive long-term success for both Enphase and its partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in a high-tech industry, particularly selling through indirect channels.
  • Sales experience in Solar and ideally within EVSE industry.
  • Fluent Italian language skills (minimum C1 level) and English language skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and clearly articulate business value.
