Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's financial assets and ensure adequate cash flow to meet business needs.
  • Monitor cash and debt balances, and make recommendations on cash movements and debt repayments to maintain liquidity.
  • Improve financial processes, tools, and documentation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Forecast and report on cash and working capital to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain entitlements for access to cash and debt information, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with payment processing vendors, acquirers, and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain a cash forecast model to ensure overall business liquidity.
  • Stay up-to-date with capital markets, credit ratings, interest rates, FX rates, and other key performance indicators relevant to the company's cash, debt, and risk exposure.
  • Assist with maintaining the capitalization table and providing support to investors.
  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments, insurance policy renewals, COI requests, and potential interest or other derivative transactions to ensure the company's financial protection.
Requirements
  • Controller-level or above experience in managing US initiatives, with deep expertise in US GAAP.
  • Strong cash management background and experience with process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in business finance or accounting.
  • 10+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate treasury, or a related field.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on producing exceptional deliverables.
  • High level of integrity, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
  • Strong initiative and motivation to learn about all aspects of the business.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with experience building 3-statement financial forecasts.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with corporate debt and equity structures, including leverage calculations and debt covenants.
