Role Overview

As a Junior Digital Brand Manager, you will support the Marketing Team in defining consumer engagement strategies at local and regional levels. Your responsibilities will include implementing digital strategies, measuring and sharing insights from digital marketing activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of consumer engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the management of digital marketing activities and the definition of consumer engagement strategies at local and regional levels.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to engage consumers and reach local brand targets.
  • Define optimal marketing levers for owned and earned media to develop consumer/shopper engagement.
  • Develop and implement the editorial calendar and local content related to owned media.
  • Measure and benchmark digital content performance, analyzing owned/earned and paid channels.
  • Conduct performance control and analysis activities, sharing digital insights and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in similar roles, focused on digital project development
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing methodologies and tools
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Advanced proficiency in MS-Office applications (Excel in particular)
