Job Summary

Arrow ECS S.r.l. is seeking a highly skilled Junior Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing support with financial processes, including month-end close, basic reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support with financial processes, including month-end close, basic reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Perform routine data extract requests from pre-existing queries.
• Answer general customer questions regarding reporting and query tools.
• Business Support

Requirements

• Around 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Negotiation skills, communication skills, and presentation skills.
• Autonomous and proactive work style.
